Real estate law

Real estate law is a legal term that encompasses laws governing the transfer (purchase or sale) of an interest (ownership in fee simple, leases, licenses, and minerals) in real property (land) along with improvements to the land, such as buildings, fences, wells and other site improvements that are fixed in location and not readily moveable.
